(4) Agreement to be accountable for all aspects of the work.

These standards align with ICMJE recommendations to ensure accountability, credit, and transparency in allied health research publications.

The corresponding author is responsible for the entire submission process, including verifying all authors' contributions, obtaining necessary ethics approvals, and managing communications during peer review.

Permissions Policy

Authors submitting to the journals who wish to include figures, tables, or text passages previously published elsewhere must obtain permission from the copyright owner(s) for both print and online formats. Include a copy of the permission grant with your submission. Material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors and may be treated as original content.

 Peer Review Policy

All submitted manuscripts undergo a triple-blind peer-review process to ensure academic rigour, originality, and ethical integrity. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts in the relevant field.

The editorial decision is based on reviewers’ recommendations, scientific merit, relevance to the journal’s scope, and ethical standards.

Manuscript Preparation

Prepare all manuscript pages with double spacing, wide margins (at least 2.5 cm). Provide the title page, abstract, tables, figure legends, and reference list on separate pages.

Use a standard font such as 12-point Times New Roman in single-column format. Number all pages consecutively, starting from the title page. Maintain simple text layout-avoid justified alignment or automatic hyphenation, but apply bold, italics, subscripts, and superscripts as needed. Create equations and tables using Word tools or separate Excel files (one grid per table; no PowerPoint). Indicate figure insertion points in the text margins rather than embedding images.

Run a spell-checker to minimise errors. Submit the complete manuscript as a single Microsoft Word file (.docx or .doc) in clear British English (consistent throughout). Do not split into multiple files.

Structure for Original Research Papers

Accompany submissions with a cover letter to the Editor-in-Chief confirming the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere. Limit the main text to 4,000 words (excluding references), with a 250-word structured abstract and no more than 40 references. Use Times New Roman 12-point font, single-spaced.
